Wine Country

If I didn’t live in San Francisco I would live in Sonoma. It’s hot, sunny and full of amazing wine and beer. I visit Wine Country at least once a month and after 7 years of  exploration I have some strong opinions about what I think is best north-of-the-bay.

Napa California is a famous vacation destination with a reputation of pricy Resorts ad Spas, but a trip to Wine Country doesn’t have to break the bank.

Enophiles in the know get out of Napa and explore the Sonoma Coast, Alexander Valley and Dry Creek growing regions — taste small production wines that cost less with out the crowds — Win, Win, Wine!

Sure you could spend over $300 per night to stay in Napa or you could TRY THIS camp in Healdsburg or Guerneville for $40.  Make your self at home by getting a rental on Airbnb for $100-$3000 per night.  If you get out of St Helena and Yonteville and you can stay, drink and eat with out spending an arm and a leg, it can be down right affordable!

After Napa, Try This… Sonoma

Better than Sonoma, Try This… Healdsburg
